Wellness, not medical care

HealthPeek is a wellness and self-awareness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Biological-age estimates, readiness, stress, sleep and training insights are informational only and are not clinical measurements. Always seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.

Your use of Apple Health

HealthPeek works with data you choose to share through Apple Health. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data available to the app and for reviewing the permissions you grant.

Availability

Features may depend on your device, operating system, Apple Watch, HealthKit data availability, Apple Intelligence availability and Apple services. We may change, improve or discontinue features as the app evolves.

Acceptable use

Use HealthPeek lawfully and only for personal use. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to make medical decisions for another person.

Disclaimer

HealthPeek is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that insights will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. Continued use after a revised effective date means you accept the updated terms.
